THE STORY:
On a corner in Chicago. That's where we started as a true, bread-supplying bakery. But soon people loved our breads so much we evolved into a cafe where we could serve equally remarkable sandwiches. Which then led to sweets, paninis, salads, soups and pasta. Soon we were a destination place for people in their communities.
